Tuna Burgers


AKA Tuna Melt

This is another Stevenson Classic.

It's your basic tuna fish, with cheese - no relish - then put it on a hamburger bun, wrap in tinfoil, put in the oven at about 350 for 10 min or until warm.

Sorry the picture isn't so great - there's really no way to make it look more appealing :)

Tuna burgers are in heavy rotation around here. I buy the huge bag of hamburger buns from Smart & Final so whenever we can't think of something for dinner and see that big bag... its tuna burgers again.

I love it! David has never forgotten the first meal he had at our house when we were dating is a tuna burger. He thought "who eats hot tuna fish?" He thought Mom was crazy, but I have actually seen it on a few menus (Little diners). Thanks for reminding me. I think I'll make some Tuna Burgers tonight!
